Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
Be Excellent to Each Other
At Conch, we believe in a simple principle:
Be excellent to each other.
Conch believes that if we are excellent to you, you should be excellent to us—and to the other people who use Conch.
That means respecting people's privacy, treating others with dignity, communicating responsibly, and not using Conch to harm, exploit, harass, deceive, or abuse other people.
This principle does not replace the specific rules below, but it represents the spirit in which we intend Conch to operate.
Welcome to Conch.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Conch, including the Conch website, mobile applications, desktop or web applications, messaging services, voice and video communication features, Shore, communities, games, and other products, features, software, and services that we may provide (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Conch LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Conch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating a Conch account, accessing or using the Services, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Conch account.
Conch is not intended for children or minors.
By creating an account or using Conch, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
- you are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Services; and
- the information you provide to Conch is accurate to the extent we require it.
If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person under 18 years old, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account.
If you use Conch on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your Conch Account
Some Services require a Conch account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, authentication credentials, recovery information, devices, and any recovery keys or recovery phrases associated with your account.
You agree not to:
- share authentication credentials in a manner that compromises your account;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- create an account using information you are not authorized to use;
- sell, rent, transfer, or commercially trade Conch accounts without our written permission;
- access another person's account without authorization; or
- attempt to bypass authentication, device verification, access controls, subscription controls, or other security mechanisms.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should secure your account and contact Conch as soon as possible.
3. Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to how Conch is designed.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when information may be shared, how long information may be retained, and the choices available to you.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Conch is designed to minimize the information we collect and retain. However, using an online communication service necessarily requires some processing of account, security, operational, billing, device, and network information.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute privacy, anonymity, security, or uninterrupted availability.
4. Private Communications and Encryption
Conch provides private communication features that may use end-to-end encryption or other encryption technologies.
When a communication is end-to-end encrypted, Conch is designed so that the contents of that communication are not ordinarily available to Conch in readable form.
Not every part of Conch is necessarily end-to-end encrypted.
For example, public or community-facing features, Shore content, account information, operational information, reports submitted to Conch, and certain other features may be processed differently from private encrypted communications.
The application will determine which features receive particular privacy or encryption protections.
You should not assume that every piece of information transmitted through Conch receives identical encryption, retention, or visibility treatment.
Encryption also does not prevent another participant in a conversation from:
- taking a screenshot;
- photographing their screen;
- copying or forwarding information;
- recording communications using another device or software;
- downloading attachments; or
- voluntarily sharing information with others.
You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to communicate to other users.
5. Voice and Video Communications
Conch may provide voice calls, video calls, screen sharing, and related real-time communication features.
Conch is designed so that private calls are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or retained by Conch as recordings unless we clearly disclose otherwise for a particular feature and obtain any consent required by law.
Other participants may nevertheless be capable of recording, capturing, or reproducing communications outside of Conch's control.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws concerning the recording of calls, conversations, video, or other communications.
Conch does not authorize you to secretly record another person where doing so would violate applicable law.
Quality and availability of calls may depend on your device, operating system, browser, network connection, internet provider, geographic location, and third-party infrastructure.
6. User Content
“User Content” means messages, posts, comments, profile information, images, videos, audio, attachments, files, community content, game-related content, and other material that users create, upload, transmit, send, or make available through Conch.
You Own Your Content
As between you and Conch, you retain ownership of your User Content.
We do not claim ownership of your messages, photographs, videos, posts, or other original content merely because you use Conch.
Permission Needed to Operate Conch
You grant Conch a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, display, format, and otherwise handle your User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the Services, fulfill your requests, investigate reports, or comply with law.
This license does not give Conch ownership of your content.
For end-to-end encrypted content, our technical ability to process or access the content may be substantially limited except when a user intentionally submits or exposes content to Conch through a reporting or support feature.
For content you intentionally make public or share through features such as Shore or communities, the license includes the processing necessary to display and distribute that content according to the audience and settings you select.
This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, abuse investigations, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use Conch for lawful personal and permitted business communication.
You may not use Conch to create, upload, send, distribute, promote, solicit, facilitate, or knowingly participate in content or conduct involving:
- child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors;
- grooming or inappropriate sexual solicitation of minors;
- credible threats of violence;
- terrorism or violent extremist activity prohibited by law;
- human trafficking;
- unlawful sale or distribution of controlled substances;
- fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, or deceptive schemes;
- malware, ransomware, credential theft, or malicious software;
- unauthorized access to computers, networks, accounts, or data;
- doxxing or unlawful disclosure of another person's highly sensitive personal information;
- stalking or unlawful surveillance;
- harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexual exploitation or coercion;
- content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property rights;
- spam or coordinated unsolicited messaging;
- manipulation of Conch systems, subscriptions, promotions, trials, games, or access controls;
- activity intended to disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with Conch or another user's access to Conch; or
- any other activity that violates applicable law.
You may not use Conch to encourage or assist another person in engaging in prohibited activity.
In short: be excellent to each other.
9. Zero Tolerance for Serious Abuse and Exploitation
Conch does not tolerate child sexual exploitation, credible threats of violence, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, malicious hacking, or other serious illegal activity.
When Conch becomes aware of content or conduct that violates these Terms, we may take appropriate action, including:
- reviewing content provided to us through reporting tools;
- removing accessible content;
- limiting functionality;
- blocking interactions;
- restricting or suspending accounts;
- terminating accounts;
- preserving information where legally required; and
- making reports required by applicable law.
Our ability to investigate private end-to-end encrypted communications is technically limited unless a participant provides relevant content to Conch through a reporting mechanism or otherwise voluntarily shares that content with us.
Encryption does not exempt users from these Terms.
10. Reporting, Blocking, and Consent to Review Reported Messages
Conch provides or may provide tools that allow users to:
- block other users;
- report users;
- report messages;
- report posts or other accessible content;
- leave or restrict conversations;
- manage friend or communication requests; and
- control certain interactions.
Reporting Private or Encrypted Messages
Conch is designed so that we ordinarily do not have access to the contents of your entire private or end-to-end encrypted conversation.
However, when you use Conch's reporting feature to report another user, message, conversation, or interaction, the reporting system may provide Conch with a limited portion of relevant messages or other content needed to understand and investigate the report.
This may include:
- the specific message or content you report;
- a limited number of messages immediately surrounding the reported message;
- information necessary to understand the context of the report;
- information about the users involved;
- timestamps;
- attachment information; or
- other limited technical or account information reasonably necessary for the investigation.
Submitting a report does not give Conch access to your entire conversation history.
We do not automatically receive or unlock the full private conversation merely because a report has been submitted.
Your Consent
By submitting a report through Conch, you expressly consent to Conch receiving, accessing, reading, reviewing, storing, and using the portion of your messages and related information provided through the reporting feature for the purpose of investigating the report, enforcing these Terms, protecting users, preventing abuse, responding to safety concerns, and complying with applicable law.
You understand that this may cause content that was previously available only to participants in an encrypted or private conversation to become readable by authorized Conch personnel for the limited purposes described above.
Where applicable, Conch may retain reported content and related investigation information for a reasonable period for:
- investigating the report;
- documenting enforcement actions;
- preventing repeated abuse;
- handling appeals;
- protecting users;
- defending legal claims; or
- complying with law.
Submitting a report does not mean that Conch permanently gains access to the remainder of the encrypted conversation.
Reports Submitted by Other Participants
You also acknowledge that another participant in a private conversation may choose to report messages that you sent.
If they do so, portions of messages you sent may be provided to Conch through the reporting system even though you personally did not submit the report.
A recipient of a message may voluntarily disclose communications they have received, just as they may take a screenshot, copy a message, or otherwise share communications outside Conch.
You should therefore understand that end-to-end encryption protects communications during transmission and from routine access by Conch, but it cannot prevent an authorized recipient from voluntarily reporting or sharing content they received.
Blocking
Blocking another user may prevent or restrict future interactions but may not erase content previously exchanged or prevent every possible interaction in shared communities.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent another user's decision to block you.
False or Abusive Reports
You agree not to knowingly submit false, fraudulent, retaliatory, or abusive reports.
Conch may investigate reports and take action we reasonably believe appropriate under these Terms, applicable law, and our platform obligations.
11. Private Conversations and Access Controls
Private conversations and private groups are intended only for authorized participants.
You may not attempt to:
- access a conversation in which you are not an authorized participant;
- retrieve private attachments belonging to conversations you cannot access;
- manipulate conversation identifiers, URLs, APIs, or permissions to gain unauthorized access;
- continue contacting a person through technical workarounds after that person has blocked you; or
- bypass membership, entitlement, or authorization controls.
Discovery of a security vulnerability does not give you permission to access another user's communications or data.
If you discover a security issue, please report it to Conch rather than exploiting it.
12. Free Services and Feature Limitations
Conch may provide some features without charge.
Free accounts may have different limits, features, storage, retention periods, communication capabilities, media capabilities, game access, or other restrictions compared with paid accounts.
Certain free-account data, including messages or media, may be subject to shorter retention periods or automatic deletion as disclosed within the applicable feature or plan.
Some content, such as content intentionally published to Shore, may follow different retention rules.
Features and limits applicable to each plan will be disclosed in Conch or on our website.
Do not use Conch as your sole permanent storage location for important information.
13. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Conch may offer paid plans, premium features, subscriptions, upgrades, or other paid Services.
Prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.
Depending on how you purchase Conch, payment may be processed by Conch or by a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
If a paid subscription automatically renews, we will disclose the renewal terms before you purchase it.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed subscription price and applicable taxes at each renewal period until you cancel.
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the method associated with the platform through which you purchased it.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not necessarily terminate access immediately.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you may continue using the paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace's payment, refund, and subscription terms.
14. Free Trials
Conch may offer eligible users a free trial of premium features.
Unless the offer presented to you states otherwise, Conch's no-card free trials do not require payment information and do not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
When a no-card trial expires, access to trial-only features ends unless you affirmatively purchase an eligible paid plan.
Trial duration and included features will be disclosed when the trial is offered.
Trial eligibility may be limited based on factors reasonably designed to prevent abuse, including previous trial use, account history, verified account information, or device-related eligibility signals.
You may not create additional accounts, manipulate devices, or use other methods for the purpose of improperly obtaining repeated free trials.
Conch may deny, revoke, or modify a trial where we reasonably determine that the offer is being abused.
15. Promotional Codes and Special Offers
Conch may provide promotional codes, discounts, referral benefits, credits, grandfathered pricing, promotional access, or other special offers.
Promotions may:
- have expiration dates;
- have redemption limits;
- be restricted to particular users;
- be limited to one use per person, account, household, device, or other eligibility criteria;
- apply only to particular products or plans; and
- contain additional terms disclosed with the promotion.
You may not circumvent promotional restrictions, create accounts to exceed redemption limits, automate redemptions, sell codes where prohibited, or otherwise manipulate a promotion.
We may reject or reverse redemptions obtained through fraud, technical manipulation, or violation of the applicable promotional terms.
16. Payments and Refunds
You agree to pay charges you knowingly authorize for paid Conch Services.
Taxes may be added where required.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid service period has begun.
If you purchased through Apple, Google, or another marketplace, refund requests may be governed and processed by that marketplace.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Games
Conch may provide games that users can play in real time or asynchronously.
Games are provided for entertainment.
You may not:
- manipulate game state;
- submit unauthorized moves;
- interfere with another player's session;
- exploit software defects to obtain an unfair advantage;
- use automated tools or bots to play where not expressly permitted;
- falsify results or statistics; or
- access game sessions in which you are not an authorized participant.
Conch may modify game rules, matchmaking, scoring, progression, available games, or other game functionality.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Conch games do not involve gambling for money or prizes of monetary value.
18. Security and Abuse Prevention
Conch may use reasonable security and anti-abuse measures to protect users and the Services.
These measures may include:
- rate limits;
- authentication controls;
- device verification;
- session controls;
- abuse detection;
- spam detection;
- access-entitlement checks;
- network and IP-based protections;
- automated security monitoring; and
- other safeguards.
These measures do not mean that Conch routinely monitors or reads the contents of end-to-end encrypted private communications.
As described in Section 10, specific messages may become available to Conch when a participant voluntarily submits them through a reporting feature.
You may not deliberately circumvent, disable, probe, overload, or interfere with Conch's security systems except through a security testing program expressly authorized by Conch.
19. Bots, Automation, Scraping, and Artificial Traffic
Unless Conch expressly authorizes it, you may not use automated systems to:
- mass-create accounts;
- send spam;
- scrape users or content;
- harvest usernames or account information;
- artificially generate views, engagement, game activity, referrals, or redemptions;
- overwhelm Conch infrastructure;
- probe accounts or credentials;
- bypass rate limits; or
- interfere with normal operation of the Services.
Legitimate search engines and services operating with Conch's authorization may be exempt from these restrictions.
20. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, Conch and its licensors own the Services and associated software, designs, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, documentation, and other intellectual property.
Subject to these Terms, Conch grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits:
- copy or redistribute Conch software;
- sell or sublicense access to the Services;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code;
- remove proprietary notices;
- use Conch trademarks without permission; or
- create a competing service by systematically copying protected portions of Conch.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Conch intellectual property to you.
21. Copyright and Legal Complaints
Conch respects intellectual property rights and applicable law.
If you believe content available through Conch infringes your copyright or other legal rights, or if you have a formal legal complaint regarding content, conduct, or the Services, you may contact:
For copyright complaints, please include sufficient information to identify:
- the copyrighted work;
- the allegedly infringing material;
- where the material appears;
- your contact information;
- your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and
- any other information required by applicable copyright law.
For other legal complaints, provide enough information for us to reasonably understand and evaluate the issue.
Because Conch may not have access to the contents of end-to-end encrypted communications, our ability to locate or remove material transmitted exclusively through such communications may be limited unless a participant reports or otherwise provides the relevant content to us.
Legal inquiries, notices, or complaints may be sent to:
22. Third-Party Services
Conch relies on third-party infrastructure and services to provide portions of the Services.
These may include hosting providers, communications infrastructure, app stores, payment processors, email delivery providers, notification services, and other technology providers.
Third-party services may experience interruptions, outages, security incidents, policy changes, or other events outside Conch's reasonable control.
Links to third-party websites or services do not mean Conch endorses or controls those services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
23. App Stores and Mobile Applications
If you obtain Conch through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another application marketplace, your use of the application may also be subject to that marketplace's applicable terms.
The marketplace is not responsible for providing Conch's Services except to the extent required by its own terms or applicable law.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory terms imposed by the marketplace through which you obtained Conch, the mandatory marketplace terms will control to the extent of the conflict.
The Conch application is licensed to you, not sold.
24. Changes to the Services
Conch is an evolving service.
We may add, modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features.
This may include changes to:
- plans;
- feature availability;
- storage or retention limits;
- games;
- Shore;
- communities;
- calling features;
- supported devices;
- security requirements; and
- integrations.
We will provide notice where required by law when a change materially affects a paid service or your legal rights.
If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.
25. Beta, Experimental, and Pre-Release Features
Conch may make beta, preview, experimental, or pre-release features available.
These features may be incomplete, contain errors, change substantially, or be discontinued.
Unless otherwise stated, beta and experimental features are provided “as is” and should not be relied upon for critical communications or permanent data storage.
Participation in a beta does not guarantee that the feature will become generally available.
26. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Conch at any time.
You may also delete your account using the account controls Conch makes available, subject to limited retention described in our Privacy Policy or required by law.
Conch may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe:
- these Terms have been materially or repeatedly violated;
- the account belongs to a person under 18;
- the account presents a security risk;
- the account is being used for fraud, abuse, spam, exploitation, or unlawful conduct;
- the account is attempting to bypass access or payment controls;
- continued access could harm Conch, our users, or third parties;
- suspension is required by law; or
- we are legally required to take action.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal an enforcement decision.
Serious safety, security, exploitation, or illegal-activity violations may result in immediate action.
Termination may result in loss of access to information associated with your account.
27. Account Deletion and Data
Deleting your account may permanently delete or make inaccessible some information associated with the account.
Certain information may remain for limited periods where necessary for:
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- backups;
- financial recordkeeping;
- legal compliance;
- resolving disputes;
- investigating abuse;
- documenting reports or enforcement actions; or
- enforcing these Terms.
Information that other users possess independently—such as messages they received, screenshots they created, messages they reported, or files they downloaded—may remain outside Conch's control after you delete your account.
Additional information regarding deletion and retention is provided in our Privacy Policy.
28. Emergency Services
Conch is not an emergency communications service.
Do not rely on Conch to contact police, fire departments, emergency medical services, 911, or other emergency responders.
Voice or messaging features within Conch are not substitutes for your telephone carrier or emergency communication services.
If you are experiencing an emergency, use an appropriate emergency service available in your location.
29. Service Availability
We work to keep Conch available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- software errors;
- network failures;
- third-party outages;
- cyberattacks;
- capacity limitations;
- device incompatibility;
- internet disruptions;
- force majeure events; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily restrict features when reasonably necessary to protect security, privacy, users, or infrastructure.
30. No Guarantee of Absolute Security
Conch is designed with privacy and security as core principles.
However, no software, encryption system, device, network, or online service is perfectly secure.
We therefore cannot guarantee that:
- an account will never be compromised;
- software will contain no vulnerabilities;
- communications can never be intercepted through a compromised device;
- another participant will not disclose or report communications;
- third-party infrastructure will never experience a security incident; or
- data loss will never occur.
End-to-end encryption also cannot prevent an intended recipient from copying, saving, screenshotting, recording, forwarding, or reporting communications they receive.
You are responsible for using reasonable security practices, including protecting your devices and authentication credentials.
31. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Conch disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
We do not warrant that the Services will:
- always be available;
- be error-free;
- meet every user's requirements;
- prevent every security incident;
- prevent every abusive user;
- preserve every item of data indefinitely; or
- operate on every device or network.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
32. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conch LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conch's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
1. the amount you paid directly to Conch for the Services during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or 2. $100 USD.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
33. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conch LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Services;
- User Content you provide;
- your material violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify Conch for Conch's own unlawful conduct or where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
34. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Arizona.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court when eligible.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to them.
35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Conch evolves.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when required or reasonably appropriate, such as through the Services, by email, or on our website.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
If you continue using the Services after updated Terms become effective, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree to an updated version, you should stop using Conch and may delete your account.
36. Electronic Communications
By using Conch, you agree that we may provide agreements, notices, disclosures, security notifications, transaction information, and other communications electronically where permitted by law.
These communications may be delivered through Conch, through the website, or using contact information associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the communication methods associated with your account.
37. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
Conch may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law and the protections described in our Privacy Policy.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
39. No Waiver
If Conch does not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver of one violation does not constitute a waiver of another violation.
40. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Conch feature, plan, promotion, or service, constitute the agreement between you and Conch regarding the Services.
If additional terms for a specific feature conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will control for that feature to the extent of the conflict.
41. Contact Us
Conch is operated by:
Conch LLC Arizona, United States
For questions regarding these Terms, your account, privacy, safety, copyright, legal matters, abuse reports, or the Services, contact:
Additional contact or support methods may also be available through conch.live.
42. Summary
Conch is built around a simple principle:
Be excellent to each other.
We believe that if we are excellent to you, you should be excellent to us and to the people you interact with through Conch.
You retain ownership of your content.
We limit our rights to your content to what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and protect the Services.
Private communication features may use end-to-end encryption that prevents Conch from routinely accessing the contents of those communications.
However, when a user voluntarily reports a message or conversation, a limited portion of relevant messages may be provided to authorized Conch personnel so that we can investigate the report. Reporting a message constitutes consent for Conch to review the content provided through that reporting process.
We do not receive access to the user's entire encrypted conversation merely because a report is filed.
In return, we expect users to respect other people, follow the law, protect their accounts, respect access controls, and refrain from using Conch for abuse, exploitation, fraud, harassment, attacks, or other prohibited conduct.
Conch is intended only for adults age 18 and older.
By using Conch, you agree to these Terms.
